Do you accept walk-ins?
At this time, we see patients by appointment only to ensure every pet receives the time and attention they deserve.
What services do you provide?
We offer a wide range of veterinary services, including spay and neuter, dental care, vaccinations, soft tissue surgery, and health certificates for travel. You can view all our services here.
Where are you located?
Our hospital is located at 123 Kennedy St NW, Washington, DC 20011. Free parking is available for clients during appointments.
What types of pets do you see?
We provide veterinary care exclusively for dogs and cats. This allows our team to focus on the most common pet health needs while offering specialized attention to each patient.

Yes! Hines Veterinary Group partners with local shelters and rescue organizations to provide affordable care and spay/neuter services for community pets in need.
What should I bring to my pet’s appointment?
Please bring any medical records, vaccination history, and a list of current medications. If your pet is a new patient, you can also complete our Request Appointment Form and any required forms online before your visit.
